2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly (such as when you fill out a contact form, schedule a callback, download a resource, or sign up for an account) and information collected automatically as you use the site (such as IP address, device type, browser, referrer, and pages viewed). 5. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only with service providers acting on our behalf under written contracts (hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM), with affiliates, in connection with a corporate transaction, and where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
