Anil Chintapalli
One of the earliest hands-on technology and business process operators and investors in ITO, BPO, and Digital Engineering services — with deep expertise in ERP (SAP-certified, multiple U.S. implementations) and CRM (Salesforce-certified, multiple U.S. implementations) — that contributed to four successful U.S. public listings: CBSI, SAY, ITIG, and SERA.
From 2023–2026, Anil personally invested capital and took on an operating role as Group Executive Officer of WNS Holdings, a $1.3B (annual revenue) BPO enterprise, engineering a three-year turnaround that culminated in an all-cash sale to Capgemini for $3.3B (completed October 2025). From 2009–2018, he ran a multi-billion-dollar global P&L at Capgemini, transforming the firm's growth trajectory and market cap.
He has developed and executed technology and business-process transformation strategies for value creation at leading global enterprises including JPMorgan Chase, Citi, American Express, Disney, Coca-Cola, Comcast, CVS, and Delta Airlines. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey, on the boards of Forbes Business Council and Fast Company, and as Chairman of People360, an AI-powered GCC solutions provider. He served pro-bono as a senior economic advisor to the State Government of India from 2014–2019.
He authored a book on SAP published by John Wiley and is co-authoring a forthcoming book on AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity with Routledge. He is also a co-producer of award-winning business television that airs on Bloomberg.
